Description: Eighty-six flowers and 23 buds on 108 erect inflorescences on and exceptionally well-grown blemish free composite plant with innumerable congested petiolate basal rosettes; flowers not uniformly directed; dorsal sepal basally saccate, white veined green; adnate petals green flushed tan; connate ventral sepals light green veined darker green; lip green veined and flushed brown; rostellum adnate to dorsal sepal, clear; pollinia light yellow; substance firm; texture crystalline.
