Description: Ten flowers on ten inflorescences; sepals and petals chartreuse, overlaid distally with dusty maroon on edges; column split. Recognized for its rarity and paired flowers at the end of its growths. (Verified by Christenson as a new species from Peru published in 2001 in Icones Orchidarearum Peruvianum)
